50% del personal lo componen personas que viven en las inmediaciones del hotel (5 Km).<br \/>\u2022 50% del personal es mujer y 50% de los cargos ejecutivos son mujeres.<br \/>\u2022 Excedemos en el cumplimiento de la cuota legal requerida de personal con discapacidad.<br \/>\u2022 Colaboraci\u00f3n contin\u00faa con la junta parroquial para el desarrollo y mejoramiento de la comunidad.<br \/>\u2022 Apoyo con infraestructura y log\u00edstica a la junta modular 28 del canal de riego del Pisque.<br \/>\u2022 Donaci\u00f3n de terreno para obras comunitarias de infraestructura (1000m2 para el tanque de agua potable). <br \/>\u2022 Cooperaci\u00f3n y donaciones constantes a las iglesias, escuelas y grupos vulnerables.<br \/>\u2022 Preferencia en la contrataci\u00f3n de proveedores de bienes y servicios de la comunidad.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column disabilities quota required by law.<\/em><br \/><em>\u2022 Close collaboration with the town council for the development and improvement of the community.<\/em><br \/><em>\u2022 Support with infrastructure and logistics to the Pisque irrigation water canal board.<\/em><br \/><em>\u2022 Donation to the community for infrastructure (1000 m2 for the potable water tank).<\/em><br \/><em>\u2022 Continuous cooperation and donations to churches, schools and vulnerable groups.<\/em><br \/><em>\u2022 Preference in purchasing from local suppliers of goods and
