Descripción

Pulpo cocido a baja temperatura y acompañado con papas chauchas andinas, tomate cherry y aceitunas. Salteado en mantequilla con vino blanco, azafrán, pimentón y aceite de oliva.

Slow cooked octopus, served with small “chaucha” andean white potatoes, cherry tomatoes and olives. Sautéed in butter with white wine, saffron, paprika, and olive oil.
